Getting back on the wagon of weight loss - ugh

Okay, you guys, I fell off the wagon of weight loss a while back, and it's time to get back on!

Here is what I have been doing, because I can't afford lap band surgery, I can't afford Slim-4-Life, and I can't afford all of these special programs.

But I also can't afford to continue to gain weight!

So, on my own, this is my diet:

Breakfast - 2 hard boiled eggs with a little lite salt (has potassium for your heart), and a glass of milk.

Snacks: an orange and 2 sticks of string cheese, spaced apart a little.

Lunch - a can of Progresso or Campbell's soup, the kind that are ready to eat, no water added, not creamy. They are about 250 calories or less for the whole can, and are packed full of veggies, vitamins, and a little protein.

Snacks: anything 100 calories or less that doesn't have a lot of carbs, like a piece of fresh fruit, raw veggies, cottage cheese, a can of green beans, a can of tuna, etc.

Dinner - Meat and veggies, cooked this time. I drink water or milk only. Butter is not my enemy; it keeps hormones healthy, has protein and calcium, but just a little. It has to be real butter.

If I have a salad, I like to sprinkle it with a little lite salt and/or salsa. No more ranch or bleu cheese dressing for this girl!

Never eat margarine or spreads. Real butter only.

If I feel like my blood sugar is too low and my head is foggy, I will have 1 small dum-dum sucker or 1 life saver. It gets the body's Krebs cycle going.

Drink lots of water all day. I just keep a bottle near me always.

I have to do this for at least a year. It is a major life change.

So far, I have lost 6 pounds in 3 weeks.

For me it helps to have a known routine without a lot of guesswork. I don't need variety, I need to know what to do easily.

OFF the list are complex carbs and starches, as well as simple sugars:
No bread, rice, potatoes, pasta, sugar, etc., except for what little bit is in the lunch soups.

Supplements: daily vitamins with iron, calcium (Citracal), extra D, fiber gummy, and Protandim (removes toxins, antioxidant, NRF2-activator).

Ta ta for now.
