Shannah's dieting blog update

Hey Friends,

Just an update on my diet. I have lost 16 lbs so far.

My favorite snacks are avocados, olives, and string cheese. Baby carrots are good, too!

Almonds, avocados, and olives all have the good fats in them that help you release belly fat. You have to have good fats for your hormones to work properly for all your body processes.

One of the big mistakes people make is to eliminate all fats. Don't get rid of them, just eat the right kinds.

And of course, I still have to watch my portion control. I can't each the whole bag of almonds, just a handful.

One avocado is good. I eat the whole can of olives, which I probably shouldn't.

Also, if I'm extra hungry, I eat a little more beef. Beef is a negative-calorie food. It takes more energy (calories) to digest it than it contains, and the protein is a great hunger-killer.
