Shannah's diet update again

Howdy, Friends!

Well, I've lost 20 pounds so far, in 14 weeks. Traveling set me back a little over the summer, but I didn't quit and give up.

I'm back on track and still losing weight. My weight loss chart each week  looks like the stock market, up-down-up-down, but with a continual downward trend, woo hoo!
