Why does eating healthier cost so much?

Why does eating healthier cost so much? Fresh fruits and vegetables cost so much more than their canned and boxed versions. And they don't stay fresh long enough. It is very frustrating to spend so much and then have to throw some of it away.

I am glad for Protandim to offset the imbalance.

Everyone should be taking Protandim

You’ve got to take another look at this stuff, Protandim. It is the first NRF-2 activator out there, and is all natural. The studies and data on it are ridiculous. Don’t take my word for it, look at the data. Over 20 universities are studying Protandim on different diseases because of its amazing affect on reducing oxidative stress in cells and organs.

Dr. Joe McCord’s amazing scientific medical breakthrough is shown on the ABC Primetime Investigative report here:

After watching the video, read the peer-reviewed data on Protandim. To read the peer-reviewed journal articles, click on the products tab, go to dietary supplement, Protandim, and click on ‘more’ button, and several peer-reviewed journal articles on medical clinical results are listed at the side and bottom.

The other thing that surprised me was the list of diseases that Protandim prevents or treats, as reported by the government in Protandim’s third patent. If you’d like to see that, I can send it to you. It was developed over 35 years of research for the purpose of reversing aging (oxidative stress) in the body, but the medical trials and studies surprised the researching doctors by how this affects everything else.

Just go take an honest look. I am out to educate as many people as possible about it. Let me know what you think after you research the data.

Fell off the diet wagon

Hey, Girlfriends,
I fell off my diet wagon, a long, hard fall. It started when I started HCG drops. Maybe the injections are better. The drops just made me feel hungry, like I was pregnant and eating for two, I mean voraciously hungry. Ravenously hungry. But the drops were a gift from my daughter, so I finished them all, thinking it would get better. Nope. My carb addiction is back.

My next attempt is to vounteer for medical studies on obesity. I have applied to Quintiles in Kansas City, MO, for a weight reduction study. We'll see if they accept me. I auditioned for The Biggest Loser on TV, but haven't heard anything from them.

I need help! I can't seem to stay on anything longer than 3 months at a time, and this body is going to take more than 3 months to get slim. Dang! Then of course, there's the depression cycle when nothing matters any more (probably my brain's limbic system sabotaging myself).
